CANCELLATION POLICY
Same-Day Cancellations & Illness: We understand that illness and unexpected situations happen. If you are sick, please do not come to your appointment. A first-time same-day cancellation due to illness may be waived as a courtesy. Repeated same-day cancellations may be subject to our cancellation policy. No-Show Policy We understand that life happen and plans can change. We simply ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you’re unable to make your appointment. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. A no-show is an appointment that is missed without any notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.
